During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the clean bathroom with fresh towels provided daily. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping areas. the hotel provided complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch.
I was disappointed to find that there was no ergonomic chair or desk to work from in the room, which could be a deal-breaker for business travelers. The lack of natural light in the room made it feel slightly claustrophobic, and the elevators were often overcrowded and slow during peak hours.

During my Easter break, I had a decent experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always available to assist me. I appreciated the convenient location which was close to major attractions and easily accessible by taxi. I enjoyed the complimentary shuttle bus service that was provided to guests. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and nice shower. Housekeeping services were prompt and efficient.
There were a few drawbacks that affected my overall experience. the cost of laundry services offered by the hotel was super expensive.
